Home Care in Toronto and Mississauga
Integracare provides private home care in Toronto and Mississauga, delivered wherever you or your loved one calls home. Care can be a few hours a week or around the clock, and it starts with a free in-home assessment.
Our Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, and Personal Support Workers visit your home to provide nursing care and help with daily living. Physiotherapists and Registered Massage Therapists join the team when a care plan calls for them.
For families who need continuous support, we provide live-in care and 24 hour home care. Our caregivers are trained in all four facets of dementia care, so in-home dementia care is delivered by people who understand the condition. We also provide palliative care at home and wound care through registered nurses, for recovery after surgery or for wounds related to chronic conditions.
Every caregiver is screened with reference and police checks, an annual medical, bonding, and photo identification. Every care plan is built with the client and their family, and supervised by Registered Nurses who are available to clients and caregivers around the clock.
Our Toronto office on Moore Avenue and our Mississauga office on Dundas Street West coordinate care across the Greater Toronto Area. Families in the Ottawa area are served from our Ottawa office.
